Water Access / Boat and Slip Rentals

All homeowners at Sunset Cay will have access to the Marina with boat ramps, waterfront village, boat rentals, guides services and sandy beach. There are 137 boat slips and rental is available. For more information, contact a representative at Sunset Cay.

Full-day and half-day boat rentals are also available at Sunset Cay Marina. Please call

the Marina office at 540.297.6109 to reserve your rental in advance to ensure it's available when you are visiting.

ALL BOAT RENTALS (EXCEPT CANOES) REQUIRE ONE-HALF OF RENTAL FEE DUE

UPON RESERVATION + $150 SECURITY DEPOSIT

PONTOON BOATS: Accommodates 8-10 people

• $150 for full day rental

• $100 for half day rental

• $250 for 24-hour rental

DECK BOATS: Accommodates up to 6 people

• $150 for full day rental

• $100 for half day rental

• $250 for 24-hour rental

 

FISH & SKI BOATS: Accommodates up to 5 people

• $250 for full day rental

• $200 for half day rental

• $450 for 24-hour rental

 

CANOE: Accommodates up to 2 people

• $20 for full day rental

• $12 for half day rental

NO rain checks or rain dates given, NO refunds given on holidays or due to inclement weather, NO pets or grills allowed on boats, ALL cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival, ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
